Yes! You can cancel your Business or Pro plan at any time. You will retain access to all plan features and benefits until the expiration date of your plan.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to success@kudoboard.com should there be anything we can assist with that may change your mind regarding cancelation. We're happy to have a discussion with you about your plan and provide support where needed.
To cancel your Business or Pro plan:
1. Login to your subdomain (yourcompany.kudoboard.com) as an Org Admin.
2. Click the settings (gear) icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
3. Choose Admin Panel from the dropdown.
4. Navigate to the Plan tab and click Manage subscription.
5. Choose Cancel plan on the right-hand side of the page.
6. Click Cancel plan once more to confirm.
7. Let us know why you're canceling to help us improve our product (optional).
