Follow these steps to connect MS Teams to your Kudoboard plan:
Login, and navigate to the admin panel> Integrations tab and click Connect to Microsoft Teams.
- Next as an MS Teams admin, open teams and search "Kudoboard" in Apps and Open the
Kudoboard app.
- Select the channel you'd like to connect to, then select Go. If you have a team that includes all staff, choose that channel here. If you do not have one channel that accounts for all employees, you may connect multiple channels (one at a time) so that all employees will be able to access the integration.
- Next, you'll need to copy & paste the token the Kudoboard bot sends. First, click OK to acknowledge the bot. Then, copy the token in the message you receive.
- Back in your Kudoboard site, under the admin panel> integrations tab, paste the Token and click Connect.
- At any point, you can disconnect from Teams from here.
