If you’re having trouble viewing or editing your Kudoboard, we might ask you to do some troubleshooting to help us identify the cause of the problem. Before you contact us, it's helpful if you've already taken these steps:
1. Check that you’re using an up-to-date browser. We try to support all browser types, but if you are still on IE 11 or earlier (in particular), we strongly recommend you switch.
2. Use a different browser to access our website. If you don’t have the same problem, the issue is likely isolated to the first browser. If you contact us, let us know which browsers you tried.
3. Open your site in a private or incognito window.
4. Clear your cache.
5. If you're logged into a VPN disconnect from the VPN and then try again.
