Make your organization's core values accessible as hashtags on your boards. In many cases, values are are added to event/initiative boards and to shout out boards.
To add values to your site:
First, add your core values into your site settings (Admin Panel → Settings → What are your organization's core values?):
Then, when a contributor enters a #hashtag in their post a list of your organization's values will populate. They can click the hashtag to add it to their post:
