On Business, Pro, and Enterprise plans, once employee data is synced, organization admins can enable site-wide notifications that proactively remind managers about their direct reports’ upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries.
Employee data added through a spreadsheet upload in Admin Panel > Users or through an HRIS integration automatically appears in each manager’s Kudoboard Calendar. Managers can visit their Calendar anytime to view upcoming milestones for their direct reports.
Admins can choose to send reminders one week before an occasion, in a monthly digest, or both, making it easier for managers to celebrate their teams without having to track dates themselves.
Managers who prefer not to receive these site-wide reminders can update their notification preferences from the Calendar’s Email Notifications settings.
