Adding a vanity URL is available on Business, Pro, and Enterprise plan boards, as well as Full Memorial boards. It can be enabled by the board creator to add add a special ending to the URL of the created board.
To add a custom ending to your URL, follow these steps:
- When viewing a board click the Appearance button on the upper left-hand side of the board.
- Next to "Vanity URL" at the bottom of the panel, click the pencil icon to add the desired text to the very end of the URL.
- Click "Save" when you're done
- Click the pages icon to the left of the pencil icon to copy the URL to your clipboard and share it with others outside of the platform if you'd like.
Vanity URLs can only contain letters, numbers, and dashes, and we can not remove the 8-digit alpha-numeric string at the end of the URL as this is your board's unique identifier.
