Access Board Metrics at the Individual Board Level
Please note that individual board-level metrics can only be accessed on upgraded Pro and Enterprise plans, and can be accessed by board creators, board admins, and Org Admins. Individual board-level metrics are not available on business trials.
To access board metrics for a specific board from the Dashboard:
- Click the three dots to the right of the board and select Metrics.
To access board metrics for a specific board from the board:
- Click the Settings button on the board that looks like a gear.
- Scroll down to the Data and Analytics section and, to the right of Board Metrics, select View.
Board Metrics - Individual Board
The board metrics page for a specific board will default to showing metrics for the last 30 days, but you can change this by using the dropdown and clicking Update. The downward arrow icon will allow you to export the data as a CSV file.
Metrics included:
- Posts
- Page Engagements (reactions, comments & shares)
- Total views
- Unique views
- Overview (board type, creator, recipient(s), creation date, last post date)
- Gifting - Pro & Enterprise plans only
- Referrals (where users came from before viewing the board)
- Top Hashtags - Pro & Enterprise plans only
