The maximum file size allowed for a video is 100 MB, while the photo size limit is 20 MB.
For videos larger than 100MB, you can upload them to YouTube and then embed them on the Kudoboard. In these cases, we'd recommend a privacy setting (on your Youtube video) of "Unlisted" -- which makes the video viewable by others but not publicly searchable on YouTube.
