As a manager, where can I access analytics for my team (direct reports)?

Regardless of whether or not you are an Org Admin on your plan, if you are listed as a manager of other users on your Pro or Enterprise plan, you can access analytics for those users via your Account menu

Note: Manager information must be added via HRIS integration or manual upload via the Users tab of the Admin Panel.

Once in the Account menu, navigate to the Team analytics tab. Here, you can set a date range to search, and you will see the following info for each of your direct reports as long as there has been activity from them in the selected date range:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Boards/Cards created
  • Boards/Cards received
  • Posts created
  • Tagged in posts
  • Gift cards sent
  • Gift cards amount sent

You can also click on a column header to sort by that data. If you'd like to download the analytics of your selected date range, use the download button (downward-facing arrow next to the update button) to do so. We'll send you an email with a spreadsheet download when it's ready.
