Hiding posts added to a board is available on Business, Pro, and Enterprise plans when creating a Company Event or Shout Out board (this option is not available on Special Occasion boards, instead, you'll have the choice of enabling Private Posts).
It can be enabled by the board creator if they prefer to reveal all posts at a later time. While the hide posts feature is enabled, only the board creator can see what contributors have posted.
To enable Hide Posts as the board creator follow these steps:
- When viewing a board click Settings (gear icon on the top left of the board).
- Scroll to the Access and Privacy section of the pop-up panel.
- Click the toggle bar next to Hide Posts to enable this feature.
Please note that this feature is not currently available for boards created on consumer accounts (www.kudoboard.com).
