To invite select people from your organization to a board, you can email them invites via our system, send them the board link, send invites via Slack/Teams on select plans, or share the QR code to a board. Check out more info about these options here. You can even invite whole Groups or user circles (on enterprise plans) to avoid entering email addresses in individually.
But how do you invite your entire organization to a board?
To allow your whole org to contribute to a board, we recommend using a combination of the below recommendations:
- Send a personalized email announcement to your team and/or announce the board launch in an all company meeting
- Make the board global so that all users have access to it when they login to their account
- Embed the board in your intranet so employees consistency interface with your initiative
- If in an in person setting, print and post QR code flyers to incentive posting
- Play the slideshow on a screen in a centralized area, like a break room, and show the QR code so that employees can easily post on the spot or before All Hands meetings
- Champions hyperlink the board link in your email signature to spread awareness
